All products must be installed by a professional using all the recommended installation procedures. Failure to do so will result in a null and void warranty. The manufacturer will not be responsible for any charges, or damages incurred due to the failure of the product or in the removal of the defective parts for repair, or for the re-installation of those parts after repair. The warranty shall be considered void if damage to the product (s) was due to improper installation, water immersion, flood, fire, natural disaster, neglect, accident damage or abuse.
