Don't worry! You can return or exchange any of your products within 14 days as long it is in resalable condition and returned back with its original packaging. We also offer store credits for those who decide that they would rather not keep the product after receiving them (though please note, this Policy does apply only if there's a change-of mind).

You are responsible for the original and return shipping charges as well a Cancelation fee of 20%. This also applies to orders cancelled during transit. Please get in touch with us if your purchase price includes any kind on delivery service so we can confirm how much it will cost.

We take pride in our ability to provide you with top-quality items. If an item is received damaged or if it didn't meet your expectations, we will work hard on getting a solution that meets both yours and our standards! We do not offer returns once you've contacted us after 14 days of receiving goods so, please contact early.

You can return any unused and still-packed item within a week after receiving it. The package needs to be in original condition with no scratches or damages on its exterior. Store purchases must be returned to the store with your proof of purchase. To get store credit for a change of mind, you have to return the product at your own cost and we'll check it's in original unopened packaging.

We'll email you once your return is processed. If approved, we will use a credit card or original payment method to refund the purchase price of an item within days!

When you cancel a product, the store credits it without an expiry date and sends them to your email address. We always want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we will send a refund if the gift wasn’t marked as one when purchased or it was shipped directly from our store. The giver of this order should receive an email notifying them about their return!

You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Non-refundable fees cover both the cost of delivery as well as materials used in making it, so be sure that you have enough cash before ordering. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. When shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
